Lotions or oils will prevent tape from sticking.Cut tape to desired amount, apply firmly in place and hold for a few seconds as body heat will help adhere tape in place.  To remove, apply water on top of tape for easy removal. Slowly and carefully remove the tape one side at a time. If any adhesive remains on skin, clean with soap and water. Care instructions:Your adhesive lift tape will not stick if it is dirty. Rinse skin completely of all residue and dry. Do not use powders, oil, moisturizers or fragrances anywhere near the breast area.Store tape in cool, dry place. Made of 100% PET.
